START POSITION - Lie on decline with feet secured around the rollers. Use preferred hand placement.

MID/FINISH POSITION

The adjustable bench makes finding the proper resistance easy for those of all skill levels. Securing your feet increases the degree of hip flexor involvement. This a superb exercise for working not only the uppers, but entire abdominal wall. Hold at the top for a two second count and slowly return to the start position.
