SLIM / MEDIUM BUILD

For women who already posses little overall body fat and would not class
themselves as overweight but of an average build, but do have a
layer of fat covering one or all of the following areas:- stomach, hips, thighs.
SKINNY
/ THIN BUILD -
For
women with
virtually no excess body fat, but do have excess fat in any of the following
areas:- stomach, hips, thighs.
PETITE
/ SMALL BUILD - For
women who would consider themselves of short height with excess body fat in one
or all of the following areas:- stomach, hips and thighs.
SLIGHTLY
OVERWEIGHT BUILD -
For women who would consider themselves to have all round excess body fat in all
of the following areas:- stomach, hips and thighs.
MUSCULAR
BUILD - For
women
who weight train and are of a lean/muscular build.
LARGE
/ OVERWEIGHT BUILD
-
For women
who would consider themselves to carry large amounts of fat especially around
their stomach, hips and thighs and are of a large proportion.
