Results after week 9 - My vacation diet and training

Only 3 weeks
to go I am back into the program with complete focus.
With work,
family commitments and my vacation that intervened a little I wasn’t able to
be completely 100% dedicated as I have been in the last couple of weeks. I
have a least managed to stick to my eating habits as much as possible,
eating the usual 5 meals a day, even if it was a small piece of fruit I made
sure I kept my metabolism boosted. Although I could not fit in my fitness
regime, it just proves how eating habits make so much difference, as I have
still managed to lose weight. This could be some muscle loss but I am glad
I haven’t gone backwards and gained any fat.
Under the
circumstances I have not made it for an updated photo shoot but you will be
updated next week, there has not been so much change.
I still have
not worked out whether it’s better to do low intensity training for a longer
length of time or High Intensity Interval training to get the maximum fat
burn whilst retaining muscle? So this week I shall mix them and do alternate
days of both. As I have only 3 very short weeks left I shall just focus
purely on cardio and fat burning and make sure I get my abs as strong as
possible, I am struggling to balance and fit my usual routine in lately, so
have decided to leave the rest of my muscle groups for after the program is
complete (so you may see me again at Christmas – hopefully as abs of the
month! ; - )
I just want
to see the abs show through now as I have really worked hard in building
them up and it will be a shame if I don’t succeed seeing as I am so close to
decent results.
