I feel that yours abs are your reward when you are totally serious

about your physique. You see a lot of guys these days with big

chest, big arms, big backs, but they cant take there shirts off

because they have big guts  too. In my mind I think your abs are

what ties everything together. It completes the package. I think the

most important thing in my routine Is my diet. I have been down

many of the roads that supposedly lead to an awesome physique

and the only on that works is your diet. You diet is the most

Important thing. I try to cut carbs every week, then replenish and

cut again. I like to eat light and often. I try to stay away from fried foods, saturated fats, and sugars. I prefer to eat lean meat, chicken, rice, and sushi.


The one and only tip that I can give you on abs is that your diet is the key, the only way to shed that layer of fat between your abs and your skin is to eat correctly.


My ab routine is daily and often changes daily. Some days I will do sits ups, some days I will doing hanging crunches, situps with the medicine ball, and so on.


I find the best exercise for your abs is a declined sit up using the medicine ball. This gives your abs much more resistance and really helps tone and build at the same time. It also really gets your heart rate up and can be incorporated with cardio.I also work my obliques daily I like to do weighted oblique twist with a heavy bar. Your obliques and your abs can come together and really make you look totally different.
