Q. What are the best exercises for building legs, i've been training for over a year now, the rest of my body seems to be growing but my legs tend to lag behind, i'm currently doing 3 exercises for 4 sets for my quads and 2 exercises for 4 sets for my hams, is this enough?

Q. Ricky I want to gain more muscle mass how should I do this? Do I need to lift really heavy to gain mass? I understand that is takes time to build quality muscle mass but I have been stuck at 190lbs for a long time. I would like to get to 200. I take creatine and protein shakes but I think I have leveled off and can't get over the hump. Please help.

Q. How much does one's age factor into developing six pack abs? I understand as one ages; the metabolism rate slows, the body begins to gain weight and other natural aging processes begin. I think the diet routine is probable the most difficult to maintain for maximum results in obtaining a great pair of abs. What is your opinion about the correlation between age and the ability to develop (to see) the abdominal region?

Ricky, my name is Peter and I'm 17. I have been working my arms and they look defined, yet my legs are not a well built. I only have a barbell and 2 dumbells but plenty of weights. What simple exercises can I do to get tree trunks with only the equipment I currently have?
Hey Ricky, I'm 18, 5'8" 165 lbs... i started working out about a month ago... i have a couple questions.... is there anyway to actually build you butt? and if so what exercises. Another question i have is why does it seem since I've been taking protein that my 6 pack is actually going away and my stomach looks bulky? When i train my abs the top ones look as if they are building outward and the lowers ones are staying in... What's up with that?
