Nutritional advice on how to cut body fat for a great 6 pack!
Well
first of all, there are a lot of diets people use to help them burn fat,
and get a nice
six pack. This is the nutritional diet, I stick to. One, it's not a
crash diet, meaning it's not something you get tired of after a month, then
all of the sudden your six pack disappears. This is a healthy lifestyle diet
you can use all year round. You wont just look great, but you will fell it
too. You will be getting a balanced diet, with all your essential minerals
and vitamins. Foods you should stick to are lean meats. This is
essential for your protein, and is very low in saturated fats.
Unsaturated fats are great because your body actually needs fat, and this type of fat is essential keeping lean. Nuts and peanut butter are fantastic sources.
Complex Carbohydrates, this is food that is made up of whole grains, and is low in fat. These foods are also high in fiber and contains a lot of other essential vitamins and minerals. Although it’s a carb, it metabolizes in your body a whole lot faster than simple carbs like pastries, sweets etc. Veggies and fruits are also low in fats, and contain alot of fiber and other vitamins used to fight off diseases in the body.
Water, this has no fat or carbs, but it's replenishing, and it will fill
and clean the body up. Drink beverages that are natural in sugar, and avoid
artificial flavored drinks. Water should always be the beverage you drink
most of your day.
Two things you want to avoid is being too full or starving for long periods
of time. Being too full means your body cannot metabolize all of that energy
you have taken in all at once. Starving for long periods of time means
your body is calling you for energy and
you are ignoring it! So whenever you do eat again the body will want to
break it down quickly. You should eat three sensible protein rich meals,
with three snacks inbetween them. The reason is because you're feeding
your muscles the energy it needs. You want to cut body fat down, but you
also don’t want to starve your muscles of that much needed protein.

Avoiding unnecessary carbs is next. Make sure that you take the bulk of your
carbs in the A.M and then into the early afternoon hours. Your body needs
the fuel of carbs to burn fat just as much s it needs them to function
energy levels to train and do various activities. Left over energy from
carbs is stored as fat, so this is something that needs to be finely tuned
(Don't worry we'll set you straight in your
Personalized
Diet).
Eating carbs in the A.M into the early afternoon hours means that
your body will burn it off because you're more active in that part of the
day. If you ate a whole lot of carbs at night, it's difficult to burn
quickly because you're asleep in those hours and you're not
as mobile meaning you cannot actively burn calories!
In between your meals or during your meals make sure you take some protein
powders that contain
Whey.
This is the building block for muscle development. Also make sure your
final meal contains protein (lean meats), and maybe some green veggies. Like
I just stated earlier you want to take in less carbs as possible into the
later pm hours. Something that I do, that works for me is have a big lunch.
I eat the majority of my calories at lunch, so I wont sit around on a full
stomach. And I eat a sensible dinner. Then I eat a light protein snack
before bed.
This Diet is something all body types can do. Because this plan helps you
gain that lean mass and sculpt those six pack abs, but at the same time get
that muscular look you want. Things you want to remember are that your body
needs calories, but make sure they're good calories from quality protein
sources, complex carbs and un-saturated fats. If you're looking to just lose
weight, just cut the calories down, but stick to the formula I just
provided. If you
have trouble putting on mass and weight eat more calories, but stick to the
formula still. Remember each individuals body is different and some
may get a six pack easier than others. It's very much about trial and error.
Lastly, I know you may like your junk foods and guess what? You don't have
to completely give them up! You can eat in moderation, or give yourself a
day to eat what you want. Eating this way along with working out, you can
afford to have some junk food on the odd occasions.
