What is an average day's diet like for you?

I wake up every morning at 5:15. I drink a BSN No-Xplode drink, and take a thermogenic supplement. At 5:45, I go workout and do cardio.

My meal plan looks like this:

Breakfast 7:30am- 2 eggs scrambled, 1 piece of whole wheat toast

Snack 10:00am- Muscle Milk protein shake
Lunch 12:30pm- lean meat, 1/2 baked potato, small salad
Snack 3:30pm- Muscle Milk protein shake
Supper 7:00pm- grilled chicken or steak, brown rice, small salad.
 
I always tell my clients that diet is 80% of how you look. I try to eat clean all year round, and I allow myself one cheat day a week. My cheat day is usually on Sunday. I love pizza! So on Sunday it's Pizza Time for me!

        

 
Training (cardio & weights)
 
I start each morning workout at 5:45. I will spend an hour and a  half at the gym.
 
Cardio
I like to do cardio outside. We have a lot of hills in our town, so I usually will spend 30 minutes alternating walking and jogging. If I can't be outside doing cardio, I use the Treadmill for 30 minutes walking quickly with a 15% incline.

My top five tips for keeping in great shape
 
1) Do cardio everyday. Even if it is just something like hiking, riding horses, or swimming on an Off Day, cardio is very important to me.
 
2) Try to eat clean all year round, but make sure you allow yourself a cheat day so that you don't get burned out.
 
3) Don't make yourself feel like working out is a chore. Enjoy it! Know that you are improving your lifestyle, your health, and your physique.
 
4) Work out with a friend or significant other. I like to do this because it keeps each motivated and it adds a little bit of fun competition. Plus you can talk while you work out, and it makes time go by faster.
 
5) Do cardio in the morning before breakfast.
