What Build are you?

Slim/Medium Build - For men who already posses little body fat, little muscle size and have stubborn fat in the abdominal region.

Skinny/Thin/Hardgainer Build - For men with virtually no excess body fat and have little or no muscle size but may have excess fat around their mid-section. These individuals also find it hard to gain weight or muscle.

Slightly Overweight Build - For men who would consider themselves to have little muscularity, very little definition and excess fat around many parts of the body. Generally look and feel out of shape.

Bodybuilder/Muscular Build - For men who weight train and are of a muscular build.

Large/Heavy Build - For men who would consider themselves to carry large amounts of fat especially around the abdominal section and are of a large proportion.

Vegetarian - Non meat eaters, fish or poultry

Vegan - For those who do not eat meat, fish, poultry or any animal by-products
