Dear SixPackNow.com readers,

The final few weeks were approaching and I was training harder then ever as the results I had hoped for were getting closer and closer, unfortunately I sustained an injury which has had to end my training regimen, I am as disappointed due to this as many others will be because not only will I now not be able to complete the '12 weeks to a six pack' but I know there are many of you which have been following my feature and would of liked to of seen the final results.

The injury occurred on a running machine which broke down whilst I was running on it and caused a severe injury to my right leg knee cartridge, I have been told by the doctor to rest it for 6 to 8 weeks and until that time is up I should not put any load or strain on it at all, this means no cardio vascular exercise. I have tried other types of cardio workouts such as swimming which would place a less of a strain on my knee but it also results in pain.

For this reason I am best to wait for it to recover prior to continuing with any further training, this does not mean I cannot train my abs, other muscle groups with weights and it definitely does not mean that I cannot continue eating healthy.

The biggest downside is that my body fat level will stop dropping due to the lack of cardio and my fitness level will come to a halt. But I will continue to work my abs as these will continue to build and as soon as I can hit the road again when my leg recovers I hope to start the full ab routine once more and gain the six pack I have always dreamed of, well at the rate I was going I would of hoped for an eight pack and I hope to still be able to achieve this for the late summer if all goes well with my leg recovery.

I will only do myself more injury if I continue to push myself at the current moment with forms of cardio and no matter how bad I am feeling about this I will have to let it go and rest for now, I apologise to all the viewers who have been following my feature and I hope that one day soon you will see me on abs of the month.

I hope that I have proved to you all that a six pack is possible, I have always been podgy, a few loose tyres round the waist, had the nick name tubby for as long as I can remember, but look at me now, although I have only been training 10 full weeks I have achieved a six pack which is as solid as a brick, not only have I achieved this but I have experimented with foods, various carb loadings and have gone through a thin slightly skinny stage in week 6, back up to a healthy toned body with great ab definition for week 10.

I hope that all those of you who are trying for that six pack have had encouragement and gained  knowledge from myself and Sixpacknow.com, If I could achieve these results then so can you.

Just remember, push yourself, have a goal, and until that goal is reached do not under any circumstances take one step back, forward is the only way to go.

I am really happy with my abs, although I know that over the next few weeks I could of gained an even better abdominal definition, I now still have a smile on my face every time I look in the mirror, you to can look like this and I hope that you will also train as hard as I have and also stick to the 6 healthy meals a day.

My sister Jelena who has also been on my training plan will continue for the next few weeks and I hope that she too can share her story with you at some point soon, she was also told that after child birth she has no chance of a six pack, but just wait until you see her now.

I thank everybody for all the support and I thank you, the readers of this feature for encouraging me and for the moral support along the way. I could also not of pushed myself as hard as I had if my partner Suki had not been there giving me all the encouragement and making my life as easy as she could at my most difficult times during my training.

I also hope that you to have found the information on Sixpacknow.com as useful as I have as without that knowledge who knows how my six pack would look.

Take care all and I hope to be back on this site some time soon.

Just remember the saying "a six pack is made in the kitchen, not in the gym"

If you have read all my features you will know what this means.

Regards

George
