Hi Guys

Sorry that the update's not available yet! I've been very ill with the flu this week!!!

I've been doing some bodyweight exercises from my bedroom this week to make sure that I don't lose any progress, and if possible at all, make some (no matter how insignificant).

I'm going to train extra extra (I know I say this every week lol) hard this week, to give you an amazing update for Tuesday! ooh, I've got my first holiday in 12 weeks! You might remember, that I'm a teacher, so I get a good 2 weeks off for Easter!! can't wait to do some swimming and moving to a bigger gym then!

For me, this is like a fresh start. I'm going to get a six-pack. Period. I've had 10 weeks of experience on a high protein lifestyle (not 'diet' remember!), and I remember how much I like it, and how much it's done for me. I'll be giving you the best pics of me so far in the very near future. Thank you for your support for up till now, I'm forever grateful for it - This is not goodbye, this is hang on for another week!
