How I got started?

I've been training soccer since I was 6 years old and been doing that ever since. When I got 8-10 years old I started to wrestle. I wasn't very good but it was there I found the passion for training my body. And ever since then I have been doing push-ups and sit-ups until 6 months ago when I got my first gym membership. Now I'm combining soccer and weight training and that really helps me keeping my body fat low.

Training

I only joined Sixpacknow.com a couple of months ago so I'm still a beginner with all this but I try to keep my workout sessions easy and very basic. I try to hit every muscle group once a week. I always try to change my exercises so the workouts are never the same. I try to lie around 10-12 reps in sets of 3 sometimes 4. I always go to failure and always try to lift heavier and get stronger. Then every once in a while I change up the training with heavier lifts maybe just 4-6 reps on 4 sets or the other way around. Sometimes I only use my bodyweight for a week and sometimes I use the pyramid method. Only to surprise the body and get the most out of my training.

My Workout Routine

Mon: Chest/Bi's/Abs (upper)
Tues: Quads/Hams
Wed: Shoulders/Tri's/Abs (obliques)
Thurs: Off
Fri: Back/Abs (lower)
Sat: Start cycle over
Sun: Off

As for cardio I get a lot of that since I train soccer 3 days a week but I still try to do it a few times when I'm at the gym. I really like the stairmaster and swimming. Swimming really stretches out the muscles and makes me more flexible.
On weekends I always go out for a 30-40 minute walk or jog before I eat my breakfast to really get rid of that fat around my abs.

Nutrition

This was probably my biggest question mark around training before. I read a lot on the internet and tried to eat good but it wasn't until I joined SixPackNow that I really got my nutrition right. I follow the diet plan that the team designed for me and this really makes a difference. I can really see results from before, and not only with the fat going away but also with a good balanced diet my acne has almost disappeared. So I can really thank SixPackNow for making my body looking that extra sharp. Nutrition is the most important thing when it comes to training and as they say "good bodies aren't made in the gym, they're made in the kitchen".

When it comes to cheat meals and cheat days I try really hard to not eat anything of that at all because it gives me a lot of acne but if I have to name one "cheat meal" I guess it's alcohol. Now in the summer and it's a lot of party and you have vacation it's hard to resist it.

Supplements

I don't use a lot of these since I have a really sensitive skin and most of them give me acne but I can't be without protein supplements. I take a protein shake 2-3 times a day to make sure my body gets enough protein. Another great supplement I can recommend is the Animal M-Stak which will give you a good boost in the gym and make those muscle grow. Otherwise a really simple and good combination is Creatine and protein supplement.

Now I'm gonna go to Greece and enjoy the sun but take care and good look.
