Half way through!
This week has been very busy for me but I have been
hitting the weights every other day! I have been
making sure to max at the every end which gives me
something to shoot higher for the next time around.
Been keeping true to my diet, which has been
somewhat hard as time goes on. It seems that it was
difficult at first as you loose a good deal of foods
that you normally consume. But then you get over it
and it is fine. But now I am craving foods that I
haven’t had in 6 weeks! Sushi! I’ll get over it.
I have also been taking Creatine which seems like it
has been helping with muscle growth, or so the
pictures would say. I am happy with the pictures
this week as you can see more muscle definition on
the arms and chest. I need to work harder on my
cardio to remove that extra fat in the mid section!
