When you hear the word hypnosis, you may picture the mysterious hypnotist figure popularized in movies, comic books and television. He waves a pocket watch back and forth, guiding his subject into a, zombie-like state. Once hypnotized, the subject is compelled to obey, no matter how strange or immoral the request.

This popular representation bears little resemblance to actual hypnotism. Subjects in a hypnotic trance are not slaves to their masters. They have absolute free will.

What is Hypnosis? Hypnosis is a trance state characterized by extreme suggestibility, relaxation and heightened imagination. It's not really like sleep, because the subject is alert the whole time. It is most often compared to daydreaming. You are fully conscious, but you tune out most of the stimuli around you. You focus intently on the subject at hand, to the near exclusion of any other thought. In the daydream your imaginary world seems somewhat real to you, in the sense that it fully engages your emotions.

So where does Hypnosis play a role in your new Fitness Program? Of course, healthy eating and exercise are crucial to your health and acheiving your goals, but what about a fit and healthy mind? Hypnosis can help you achieve the positive state of mind needed to begin to work on improving your body.

During hypnosis, you are in a natural state of deep relaxation. This allows you to access your subconscious mind and re-program it by replacing old, negative ways of thinking with new, positive messages that change the way you respond to certain situations. Deep relaxation techniques can help you to focus inwards and start to really believe in yourself and your goals. You can feel as if you have already become fitter and healthier.

With this Audio Program you may be surprised to notice your results with the program increase in a very short amount of time. But to re-program your mind for permanent lasting change you are recommended to listen to track 2 for at least 30 days. After which you may reinforce by listening to it as often as you like.
