LIVE 1/1 SUPPORT  

 

 

I have been using the program for approximately 18 weeks now, and each day I am looking better and better. My workout program is still basically the same split as the 12-Week Lean Muscle Plan, and I have been playing around with changing up some of the exercises and their orders.  My typical diet consists of the following:

8:00 am, immediately after HIIT cardio:  2 scoops whey protein shake, ½ cup oatmeal, and one packet of Natto (Japanese fermented soybeans)

10:00-10:15 am:  Egg-white omelet (6 egg whites), slice of whole wheat toast, sometimes a small fresh fruit salad

12:00-12:30  An 8-ounce grilled chicken breast with lettuce and tomato, and a sweet or baked potato

3:00  A protein shake or protein pudding and/or a meal replacement bar and a banana

5:00  Protein shake (before gym), Also Met-Rx Amped 30 minutes before gym

Workout (1.5 hours, typically) – I drink a shake of Size-On by Gaspari during workout

8:00  2 scoops whey Protein shake,   8-ounce chicken breast with lettuce and tomato

10:00 -11:00 2 scoops Casein protein shake, One scoop Size-On before bed

In terms of supplements, for the last twelve weeks I have been using the workout Stack recommended on this site, which includes CLA (taken 3 times daily) and Lipo-6.  For the last 8 weeks I have been taking Nitrix (NO2) 3 times daily.  I have stopped taking the Lipo-6 because I did not want my body to get used to it.  I still take CLA and I have also begun taking one pill of Flax Seed oil with dinner. I have also begun taking Fish oil with lunch.  I stopped taking Nitrix after eight weeks ( about 1 week ago).

I have been religious about eating every 2-3 hours, and I have found that if I don’t eat within 3 hours I start to get really hungry.  This program is amazing, because I am approximately the same weight as when I started (and now gaining about 1-2 pounds of muscles each week), but I am 2-3 pant sizes smaller, and my muscles are starting to get enormous. I can honestly say that I am now in the best shape of my life. I look forward to each day now because each time I look in the mirror I am looking better and better.  I have found that through good diet and exercise my skin and hair are also looking better than they did before.  I encourage anybody who reads this to try this program. It is so easy. All you have to do is follow the program and results will be guaranteed.
