What would be a typical days diet/supplementation intake?

For supplements I take Beverly Multi Vitamin, Beverly Glutamine, Flaxseed Oil, CLA, B12, Vitamin C, and Dandelion Root and Nutrex Lipo 6 Hers. I take have taken these supplements for years and they have always done the trick for me. When I am getting ready for a show I will add in Expel to help take that last bit of water off. My diet in-season diet usually consists of 6 egg whites 1/4 cup oatmeal, Protein shake, 5 oz chicken with 2 cups vegetables, Protein shake, and 5 oz. Fish 2 cup vegetables and 6 more egg whites if I am still hungry. Off season is pretty much the same with more carb intake.

How much cardio do you typically do a week and what type (treadmill, elliptical, high impact, low impact)?

In my off season I will do cardio on either the treadmill or elliptical for 30 minutes. and I will add a spinning class on Saturday to keep my legs in shape. In season I do an hour of cardio 20/treadmill 20 elliptical and 20 stairmaster, it's a killer but it gets the job done.

What does your weekly workout schedule look like?

Mon - Legs, Tues - Back/shoulders, Wed - Legs again this is my weak point so I have to train them extra hard, Thursday - chest/triceps, Friday Biceps and a bootcamp class, Sat. Spinning only, Sun rest. I usually end each workout with a 15 min. ab workout. I do anything from hanging leg raises (my favorites) to various exercises with the ball. I switch it up each time.

What are your favorite ab exercises and why?

Hanging leg raises for sure! I love how this exercise hits your lower abs just right. For woman this always seems to be a problem even for those of use who don't have kids.

What are your goals for the coming year?

My goals this year are to get a sponsorship with a supplement company and compete on a National level.

What are your top tips for other women looking to get abs?

CARDIO/DIET/TRAIN. I live by this when people ask me about abs, you can do crunches until your blue in the face but if you don't include diet and cardio your hard work will go unnoticed. Ladies don't be afraid to train abs everyday I do and look at my results!
