Hi,
my name is Anthony from the Midlands England and I’m 29 years old. I work
for an international company called Pattonair where I drive and deliver
parts for the aerospace industry. Before I go into my personal story I’d
like to point out that I started the diet and program in mid October 2007
and the final photo was at the end of January 2008. In all it was around 13
weeks.
In general I have always been into
training ever since my early teens but I’ve spent most of my
twenties going through ups and downs with my body. Trying out
endless diets, training with people who thought they knew what
they were doing. I was never happy with my body, as I couldn’t
reveal my abdominals unless a starved myself but was then
sacrificing muscle tissue making me look gaunt and thin. And
then I would bulk up gaining the muscle mass but looking fat
with it, and not knowing how to lean up without losing all the
muscle again. It was a vicious circle for me for years and
eventually I gave up.
Then one day I woke up and thought I’m
ready to commit 110% to a diet and give my full dedication to a
training plan. I just needed some help. I searched through the
internet and came across SixPackNow.com. At first I thought what
everybody thinks, that it’s a scam and it cannot be done. But 12
weeks out of some ones life is a drop in the ocean so I thought
I’d try it and see what happens. If that would fail then I knew
that it wasn’t just me. Anyway, after being given a restructured
diet and the 12 week muscle plan I think the photos speak for
themselves. After being given a “WOW” from my dietician and
trainer (Matt) I can honestly say that the website is for real,
and as long as you are willing to dedicate yourself to their
recommendations and put the effort in as you would for your most
cherished hobbies, then anything is possible even if you have
poor genetics! I’ve never had a visible six pack ever so I walk
around during the day with a smile and I am a changed person at
work with greater confidence. It pushed me on when I know I’ve
got the support of my friends and family especially my mum who
see’s me and goes “your lookin good”!

I think what has amazed me the most
besides my transformation is the fact that I weigh exactly the
same as when I started. 164lbs in the before picture and
164.2lbs in the after shots 13 weeks later! So I’ve successfully
converted all my fat into lean muscle which is what the
SixPackNow diet says its going to do. My next goal is taking my
body to the next level and lowering my body-fat to near
bodybuilding levels and looking like the guys you see on the
cover of magazines with single digit fat levels.
It’s a shame that I went through all those
years wasting my time when I could of joined the website and
achieved my goals in 12 weeks. Just think I’ve accomplished more
with SixPackNow than I’ve done in the last 10 years training
without help.
Basically I followed the diet given to me
and completed the 12 week lean muscle plan from the SixPackNow
website. Everything which I’ve achieved has been through the use
of my home gym which is a simple york bench with lat pulldown,
lots of free weight ,an exercise bike, strict diet and 100%
dedication. I’m going to move on now to the advanced training
program and join a bodybuilding gym with access to a wider range
of equipment.
I don’t want anyone to think that
achieving your transformation is easy, because it isn’t. If you
are not willing to put 110% into it for those twelve weeks then
you will not reap the benefits. A complete restructure of your
daily life is a must and your shopping trolley will look totally
different for a start. Without a proper diet, you can kiss those
six pack abs goodbye especially if you tend to hold fat around
the midsection like I do. And to make things harder I have to
fit all this in around my full time job so I’m on the go 24/7.
I’ll finish it there and as a final note
I’d like to thank Sixpacknow, for their help and support and to
wish anyone who wants to recomp their physique the best of luck.
Give it a try, its only 12 weeks and the results you can keep
for years.
All the best
Ant
