Hi Guys
My name is Mary Dusang. I started working out my first year in college. I was a cheerleader and ran track in high school. So it was easy to stay in shape, when I got to college, that freshman 15 started to creep up, I wasn't having that, so I decided to start working out, and I loved it. I have been working out ever since that was 10 years ago. I am often how I keep my abs in good condition, so let me give you a little insight.
What I have noticed over the years I have been training is that my abs respond better to be trained everyday, this won't work for all of you, but has proven to be very beneficial during myquest for defined abdominals. I do regular crunches for 3-4 minutes, I then follow with side crunches, leg raises & double crunches.
