Firstly, let us welcome you as a new member to SixPackNow.com.  If you are a true beginner to exercise or have not exercised in decades, starting a health and fitness program is a daunting task and with so much information to digest and divulge for some it can be very overwhelming. During your quest for longevity, we encourage you not to change too much in your life too quickly. Many people, in their search for health make broad resolutions that require several different life style changes. Quitting smoking, starting an exercise program, and dieting all in the same week can be extremely challenging. 

Tackling any ONE of the above is challenging enough. If you have any of the above vices or others, you may want to try one step at a time rather than trying "cold turkey - and all at once!" Gradual change will bring about the very best results and we encourage all new members to consider this before jumping head first into the Program.

On site you'll find a host of features to help you achieve your fitness goals, whether it's weight or fat loss, lean muscle increase, general toning and conditioning or to tone those all important ab muscles. Remember, it's not just Abdominal Development we specialize in. 

We can help you with any fitness goal you desire. If you're a full member your first port of call should be to request your Personalized Diet and Training Program

If you've joined with a Basic Membership then select your Individual Program Men  Women  

You can Plan your Meals and print off our Recommended Foods and Shopping list.

Basic Members can upgrade their membership to receive a Personalized Plan and help and support from our team at any time.

Once you've read and digested the information outlined in the program you should visit our Abdominal Exercises pages to select some exercises to use in your new program. If you are particularly interested in toning or increasing your muscles then please take a look at our 12 Week Lean Muscle Plan which is ideal for beginner and intermediate trainees.
