In the
next 6 weeks I am expecting to go from a typical, slightly overweight American,
to a lean, fit, and muscular new me. I want to reduce my body fat
percentage and further develop my muscles, particularly my abs. I am hoping
this 6 Week challenge will set me on track not just short term, but in the
long term too. All through
my youth I had been always been on the heavy side, I had been wanting to
lose all my extra weight but could never find the motivation or enough
will power. The day that I got on the scale and weighed in at more than
225lbs was the motivation I had needed. For a little over 6 months I
had changed my eating habits, started to work out on a regular basis, and
did the occasional cardio. With in that time span I lost over 60lbs and was
down to 165, but then my weight loss just seemed to stop. I continued my
routine and put on some more muscle, but couldn't lose that extra bit of
fat. I started to do allot more cardio and some changes did occur but it was
not as significant as in the beginning. I want to be fit. I want a six pack.
I don't want to be a typical person. This is why I want to change my
body. I have so much determination. Once I am on the right path I don't
think there is anything that could sway me. This is something I have been
trying at for along time now and have yet to give up. I will be working
along with Neil and Rebecca from the SixPackNow Team. I hope you’ll stop
by and check my progress over the coming 6 weeks, wish me luck!
