Name: Jordan Shannon muscles until two weeks ago. The picture you see in the striped underwear was taken before I started the workout routine. I guess I got sick of people saying as you age it all catches up with you. So as my 21st birthday approaches, I decided to put the corona and the pizza away and head to the gym. I do 3 sets of 50 crunches and 3 sets of 20 sit ups everyday. I also use the twisting oblique machine with around 80 lbs of weight for the finishing touches. As Shaun (Abs of the month, September) said, your diet is also important. Try to cut out those carbohydrates. Stay away from pasta, pizza, sandwiches, cake, saturated fats, sugars and basically anything that tastes good. No that is not exactly true. You can enjoy yourself once you have it under control. Self- discipline is the most important thing in reaching any goal. Especially when we are talking about getting in shape. No one will make you diet or go to the gym, unless you have someone to do that for you, then you are lucky and don't let that one go. But seriously, self-discipline. I know you don't want to go to the gym, but go. Get yourself in the habit of it, and you will begin feeling better about yourself, than you have in a long time. I know you don't want to diet, but do it. When you step on the scale and you see those lbs. shed in a matter of days, it is very rewarding. Just make sure you don't really deprive yourself, because then you will binge, and you will gain it all back. Find a diet and a workout routine that works for you, because everyone is different, and you need to do what you are comfortable with. I wish you all the best of luck and a fit body you wear proudly.
