Well
I'm a 24yr old guy and have been going to the gym and keeping a diet
on and off for the past year. The thing is I see the results very
slowly and I loose all motivation but I really would like to get a six
pack by next summer. I weigh 80kgs with about 14 - 15% body fat. Shall
I try adding lean muscle to around 90kgs assuming a body fat of 16%
and then cut down on the body fat next year? Any suggestions to reach
my six pack goal by next summer?. Clint
