Dear
Friend
There are many ways in
which one can help increase the size of their chest. A common method
I use, is always trying new things with my chest workouts. One week
my chest routine may look like this: 4 sets of flat dumbbell
presses, 4 sets of incline dumbbell
presses, 4
sets of decline
dumbbell presses,
and finally 4 sets of dips. The following chest workout, I would
change up the order of exercises and either add or take away a few
exercises. That routine may look like this: 4 sets of incline barbell
presses, 4
sets of flat
barbell presses,
4 sets of incline dumbbell
flyes, 4
sets of flat dumbbell
flyes, and
finally 4 sets of dips. The key is to always keep your muscles
guessing, and never try to really do the same exact workout week
after week. It's great for your body to keep throwing new things at
it, so it doesn't adjust to your "usual Monday chest
workout" for example. Give it a try, and write out your routine
for the weeks to come so you can always have a new routine to
perform.
