Results after week 12

I’m
officially at the
end of my 12 Weeks Sixpacknow Online Program but my training is not over.
I have not
reached my target as I hoped (due to hectic work and social commitments) so will
be continuing with my program.
(Updates will be in the member’s area). I am so determined to better myself
from last year. I learnt a lot from last years training regime and the best
eating plans suited for me so should have had much better results. I
panicked a little and cut down to much on the carbs towards the end so ended
up losing some muscle just because I was hoping to get lean quicker but was
also losing definition quickly so didn’t help myself. Unfortunately in the
final few weeks of the program I was unable to dedicate myself as I had to
travel away a few times and was extremely busy at work. Thankfully,
everything has settled down, which is why I want to continue with my
program.
And it
doesn’t matter how many times people advise me or how many times I read the
effects of alcohol whilst training I still failed to stick to my guns on
occasions and had a few drinks!!! I should of kept away from it completely –
If you want good abs just keep away from it. I saw such better results in
the weeks I didn’t touch a any alcohol. It sets you back so so much. People
will always try to influence you the wrong way and especially if they’re not
into fitness. They really don’t understand how it will ruin all your hard
work, you have to be strong and just keep saying NO.
Eating
correctly was such an influence on my shape. Right amount of protein and
carbohydrates and of course keeping a high metabolism by eating every 2-3
hours.
Taking part
in the Sixpacknow Program has kept me very motivated and has helped me to
loose weight correctly and effectively, very quickly. I’m glad I took part
in it and it has been fun. I have introduced many friends to the Program and
they are all also achieving fantastic results fast and are so grateful to
find out the simple way of eating and exercising correctly.
Life always
gets in the way of things and can’t be helped at times but I did as much as
I could. I have always stayed focused and if I went off track a little I
quickly pulled myself back before I set myself back far to much.
