Results
after week 7 - Here's my eating plan to keep lean!
Weight: 115 pounds
Body Fat:
11.2%

This week has
been the toughest, I have been very busy at work so have tried to stick to
eating correctly as much as possible. I know that to keep lean you
have to stick with a good eating plan, but i've really tried this
week. I have missed a few training
sessions unfortunately. My results were not as good as would have liked considering I am
over half way I was hoping to push myself as much as possible but it just
was not possible to do as planned.
My eating
plan for the last couple of weeks I have kept to the same so I don’t have to
think about it too much, this week I will stick to the same again as have
found it has really worked for me keeping the fat low and energy levels
perfect and my stomach satisfied.
My daily meals will consist of:
8.30am banana, oats mixed with water and protein powder
11.00am chicken, wholemeal rice and some vegetables
1.30pm
chicken, wholemeal rice and some vegetables
4.00pm: some fruit and protein shake
7.00pm can of tuna and salad
9.00pm protein shake
I’m on vacation next week, so will bring you a new update on Week 9 (October
8th)
