I have worked
really hard this week and managed to go a week without treats, losing 1% body
fat and increasing abdominal definition although my weight is the same as last week, so I am chuffed to bits
with the results.
I am pleased
with the photos this week as the definition is showing. It makes it all
worth while when the benefits show through. I have felt my abs strong under
the fat and its disheartening when you work so hard at training but you
can’t see anything. I feel I am in a really good routine now and eating a
very clean diet. I have been doing lots of interval training and have
started to concentrate on strengthening the rest of my muscle groups so I
look toned all round.
I hope this
week goes as well as last week, past the half way mark now I am on count
down to week 12.
