Hi
everyone,
Good week
this week, my abs are starting to show through slightly. I tried using
Creatine to push me to lift heavier but found it really gave me loads of
fluid retention so will stay off that for the time being. I have read it can
affect women in this way in a big way especially around the stomach. My
weight has gone up slightly it this week, could be down to the water
retention but my body fat has gone down so I am pleased.
The last
5 weeks have gone very quick, I have managed to loose 2.5% body fat even
with treating myself on the odd occasion! I always think after if I had not
eaten those things how much leaner would I be? I will still treat myself
but not as much as I have been. If I cut out all treats I think I will
struggle and loose motivation.
I am very
pleased with the results so far although they could always be better. I am
really going to push myself next week in my workouts. I would really like to
get down to 8 or 9% body fat by the end of the program, I’m not sure if this
is possible but that’s my target. My body fat was 10% last year at the end
of the 12 weeks and my abs showed through nicely so should and hope to be
able to achieve better results this time.
