Results after week 4

Weight: 113 pounds    Body Fat: 13%

Hi everyone,

This week has gone to fast.  I have unfortunately had a stomach virus this week so was unable to train for 3 days. I have lost 3 pounds this week due to the fact of being ill mainly and dehydration I think as I struggled to drink as much water as I normally do. 3 pounds is a lot for me to loose so much in just one week, although I have managed to loose another 0.5% body fat.

My abs are slowly starting to show through now. I am finding a steady jog for an hour has helped me more so then intense interval training for 30-45 minutes in the mornings. I don’t find my muscles are burnt out and I think it’s helped me burn more body fat quicker. I have also cut down my calories slightly as I said I would and have eaten fish and fruit with protein shakes rather the meaty meals. (Am so bored of chicken!)

Because of my weekly picture I don’t notice much difference but friends that I haven’t seen at the gym for a couple of weeks have all mentioned how much I have changed and asking how I have managed to achieve these quick results. Lots of people have tried my recommended eating routines and have started shedding the fat too so it proves by just changing your eating habits how it helps so much and they were all afraid of eating 5-6 times a day but now are very grateful for my advice.

I’m really looking forward to this week. Am fully recovered, feel full of energy and very motivated since being ill. I have really missed the training and being in a good routine its awful having little set backs when your feeling focused and have set targets.

I have changed my abs routine slightly by adding a few different exercises and still each time trying to increase the sets and use heavier weights. I have started doing cable crunches a few times a week as these really helped me strengthen my upper abs last time and lower leg raises hopefully get some definition going in my lower abs.

Let’s hope nothing gets in my way this week and have much better results.

Catch you next week!

Jelena
