Hi All,
I
seem to have hit a plateau, the fat is coming of very slow now
although I am feeling much stronger and fitter all over and my
weight has increased very slightly although my fat percentage
has decreased slightly. This is most probably because I have
increased my carb intake by too much and also increased my
calorie intake too much per day. I have been thinking I need it
for energy as the previous couple of weeks I was feeling
extremely tired and hungry all the time especially after a
weights session. It is so, so hard to get the right balance.
I
am increasing the reps and weight for week 4 in my abs routine
and will vary my cardio giving myself a change from just running
and will try lowering my daily calorie intake again. I am not
going to get disheartened because I know from doing the program
last year exactly the same happened but because I wasn’t taking
a weekly picture I didn’t think about it too much. It won’t be
until I am in at least week 6 that my abs will show through I
think as my stomach was the last place the fat came off and it
wasn’t until I reached around 11% body fat.
