Ingredients: 8 cups apple cider or apple juice, 1 cup cranberry juice concentrate thawed, 1/4 cup of Splenda Sugar Substitute, 1 Cinnamon Stick, 4-6 scoops of Natural or Vanilla Whey Protein Directions: Combine all ingredients except for the Whey Protein into a saucepan. Stir over medium heat until mixture starts to simmer. Reduce heat to low and simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Remove cinnamon stick, Stir in Whey Protein. Serve immediately or chill. Yields 8 servings with approx. 15g of protein in each.
High Protein Mashed Potatoes Ingredients: 3 scoops NATURAL WHEY Protein only, 2 pounds baking potatoes, 1 cup skim milk, 4-6 ounces fat free shredded cheddar cheese, Salt and pepper Directions: Cut potatoes into cubes and boil until tender. Mix all other ingredients together until smooth. Pour mixture into pan and sprinkle another pinch of shredded cheese on top. Cook at 350 for 10 minutes until the top of the potatoes are lightly browned. Add salt and pepper to taste. >>> Home
