Proper planning and preparation  your diet and exercise program is very important and knowing exactly what your weeks program will entail will greatly help you fit in all your other daily activities. To help you prepare for the week ahead and monitor your progress for the duration of the program you can print off a Weekly Planner and Progress Chart. Your should aim to complete this sheet daily or weekly.

After six weeks on the program you should complete the 'Six Week Check In Sheet' and examine your progress. Once you have completed the Check Up Sheet you should then request your Six Week Check Up, where the team will make additional amendments to your plan to further increase results.
