My name is Richard Chad
Everson, Birthdate is 05/30/80, and I was born, raised, and still residing
in Philippi, WV. I hold a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics, but
right now am employed by the Outback Steakhouse until I can find a job. I
dream of one day being a fitness model and achieving my goal of being on the
cover of a top magazine. I would also like to pursue becoming a personal
trainer. What could be better than getting paid to do something you love?! I
have always been conscious about my body and health and have worked out here
and there. I was active in Soccer and Basketball for my school. But a few
years back, my father unexpectedly passed away. I was shocked, frustrated,
mad, hurt ... it was the worst time in my life! I found that lifting weights
helped me to relieve my stress and also helped me feel very positive. I
found the harder I lifted and trained, the better I felt, and my stress was
lifted. Since then, I have become very focused. I am proud of how I sculpted
my body and the self-discipline I have. I get made fun of a lot about my
eating habits, but the results are well worth it!

My diet
on a normal day consists of:
8:00am 40gram Whey
Protein Shake
8:30am 30 min Cardio (
Bike or Jump Rope)
10:30am 8 egg
whites/1 full egg w/ 2 pieces of wheat toast and low sugar oatmeal
1pm grilled chicken,
broccoli, brown rice
Pre-Workout 2 pcs. peanut
butter toast
Post-Workout 1 cup White
Rice, 50 gram protein shake w/ glutamine, Orange Juice
4:00pm Protein shake w/
glutamine, Orange Juice
7:00pm Grilled chicken,
broccoli
10:00pm Whey Protein
Shake
It's a strict diet, no
fried foods, no white breads, but it is still a lot of food. Also, I have a
"cheat day" once every week where I consume anything and everything I can
get my hands on, stopping at 6pm. Cheesecake is my weakness! I feel it is
important to take a daily vitamin. I also take 3 fish oil pills daily, this
helps with the Amino Acids. Cottage Cheese is my favorite snack food. If you
get hungry, reach for this instead of chips!
I train my abs every
other day. I have heard that they are so elastic you can train them daily
but I feel they need a little rest just like all the other muscles. I do 30
reps of decline crunches, 60 reps of bicycle crunches, and 50 reps of lying
leg lifts (with hands on back of head). I repeat this cycle 3 times. I like
to do abs right before I go to sleep (not sure why, just a personal
preference). I do cardio 4-5 times per week (bike or jump rope), I feel this
is very important. Honestly, I look at it to be 80%diet, 20%exercise...if
you want results, you must be strict about eating. NO FRIED FOODS! (Try
working at the outback and staying away from fried foods :( Not easy!
Good Luck guys
Chad
