How do you keep your nutrition in check without counting calories? Isn't doing that putting you in guessing mode therefore you don't know if you consumed too many calories or to little? Luz.

That is a good question regarding my calorie count, but I've come to know my body so well, that I typically eat about the same on a daily basis. For me, its more about making sure that I take in enough protein throughout the day, and that my meals are all within 3-4 hours apart, plus watching my carb and fat intake. I have noticed that for some people it is a calorie count all day, but for others, especially those who are heavily into bodybuilding, that calorie counting isnt so important. As long as you keep monitoring your weight against what your target weight is, then you can tweak your calorie count so that you reach that target, and then from that point you'll have a pretty good idea of how many daily calories that you need to maintain. For me, my bodyweight is pretty much exactly the same day in and day out....so with whatever amount of calories that I am consuming, it seems to be ideal at this point.

Good luck with your training and nutrition program.
