My name is Joey and I'm 23 years old.  Upon graduating college from Northeastern University two years ago, I have pursued my goal of being a fitness model. Since I was 18 years old, I started training seriously with weights and building up my physique to what it is today. I have been on the Cover of Men's Fitness magazine, been in several features for Men's Health and Men's Fitness magazine, as well as being an underwear model for 2(x)ist. My workout schedule changes a lot, but I usually follow a two on, one day off routine, while hitting abs three times a week and cardio six days a week. I could not have gotten the body I have today if I didn't pay close attention to my diet. My diet consists of 5-6 small meals a day, mainly taking in high quality proteins, such as whey isolate, egg whites, chicken, and fish, as well as supplying my body with healthy carbs, like oatmeal, whole grain breads, and sweet potatoes.

Well I'm a 24yr old guy and have been going to the gym and keeping a diet on and off for the past year. The thing is I see the results very slowly and I loose all motivation but I really would like to get a six pack by next summer. I weigh 80kgs with about 14 - 15% body fat. Shall I try adding lean muscle to around 90kgs assuming a body fat of 16% and then cut down on the body fat next year? Any suggestions to reach my six pack goal by next summer? Response from Joey

I am a 48 year old man and am struggling to lose fat from my 40 inch stomach. For most of my life I've eaten pretty poorly and am only now trying to eat better. How does one get a bigger chest? My chest is very small. I eat a lot of protein, but I find it's a challenge to get big just in this region. Any particular exercises you'd recommend?
