So how does Akuete keep in such
great shape all year round? I'm
currently a manager at a restaurant, while getting ready to pursue a
career in modeling and acting. In achieving great abs, you need to first, love working out then work on your nutrition. I love training my body as it gives me great satisfaction to see my muscularity develop with different exercises and routines. I typically train my abs three times per week, splitting the major abdominal muscle groups into each session. I値l work my upper abdominals on a Monday, Obliques Muscles on a Wednesday and Lower abs on a Friday. Doing this ensures I am not fatiguing the ab muscle, as it is important to remember, that abs are just like any other muscle group, if you over-train them they are just not going to develop. As
