Hi Guys
I just
found this quite funny, but as I was typing in my statistics, I had to do my
waist again! I couldn’t believe how much I’d lost in just 5 days! My
back in particular doesn’t pinch nearly as much as 7 days ago.
*for
members who are following my progress, please forgive my abstinence for
the days 2,3, of the program, as there was a small religious festival that I
completely forgot about in advance. Whilst I didn’t over indulge at all, I
couldn’t work out.
Honestly, the diet was a little difficult to follow, not the eating part –
as thanks to Matt and Rebecca, I had a good choice of foods and supplements.
I feel the hardest part was the eating regularly.
From the bottom of my heart, I can say that from someone who suffers from
mild insomnia and stress, I’ve been sleeping like a baby and my work
performance has increased by about 30%. My colleagues have noticed that I
bring my own lunches; I am saving £30 which is about $55USD per week on
lunches.
Admittedly,
towards the end of the week in particular, I did have quite a strong craving
for my sweet palette. I tried small amounts of fruit, and that helped quite
a lot. I also refused to give into the temptation of eating chocolates or
anything bad for that matter over this week. As a result of my festive
occasion, and new years, I have 5 boxes of chocolates here in my room. They
were given sealed, and that’s how they’ll stay. I think the best
incentive to refuse temptation, is turn the box, and read the nutrition
information, then I’d think about how much cardio I’d need to do to burn
off the smallest amount!
What are my goals for next week?
- Making
full use of the entire week
- Getting
stronger (try going up by 2kg this week on everything)
- Getting
leaner (continue
CLA, L-cartine, water, cardio)
- Improving
my cardio to 200 calories per HIIT, so I can loose more fat per session
- Clean
up my diet even more, where possible & start skipping during my
breaks.
Just in case you think I haven’t noticed, I really appreciated the
comments left on my page, thank you so much. Please have faith in me,
because I often check the site to view any new tags. It’s Tuesday 6:24am
now, I’ve just gotten ready to go… you guessed it! HIIT!
