Results after week 10
Weight:
115 pounds Body Fat: 11%
All is going
well. I am happy with the results although I am not as lean at week 10 as
planned. I have two weeks left and will just see how it goes. I am finding
it hard to shed anymore fat at the moment. The
SixPackNow Program has really
helped me to keep me motivated and loose the extra weight I put on over the
end of last year and I can get back into all my clothes again. Having the
weekly photo updates also help keep me motivated as you know at each photo
shoot there needs to some kind of improvement – without these I don’t think
I would of got such good results so quickly, so I would definitely recommend
people do this to help push themselves and when you see your progress from
week to week it makes you feel all the hard work is working and worth it.
I will just
work my abs to make them as strong as I can and try and fit in as much
cardio as possible. I did hope to achieve better results then last year, I
doubt I will do this in the next 2 weeks by the end of the program but I
won’t stop at week 12 I will just continue as I have been until I am
completely happy with my abs. Last year I trained with brother who really
helped me a great deal and pushed me at my workouts till I went green and
felt sick. This year I have been training on my own. It makes such a
difference working out with someone along side you and pushing each other.
I have cut
down on carbohydrates now only have a very small portion to keep up my
energy levels but I still keep my protein intake high as before.
