START POSITION - Assume the position of a crunch, but with you knees relaxed out to your sides.

MID/FINISH POSITION

Your heels should be firmly together throughout the movement. Perform as you would a traditional crunch. To increase the level of difficulty move your feet closer towards your glutes.
